If your order arrives damaged due to shipping or handling, you may be eligible for a full refund.
To request a refund for a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Once reviewed and approved, a 100% refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong item ordered by customer
- Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
- Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions
- All custom, bulk, or made-to-order items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable
